To me, it came out too salty. Femi loved it though. He has a high tolerance for salt. Next time I would use a thinner bacon. The one I bought was way too thick.
My recent trip to Barcelona has inspired to me to take my passion for food, wine, and travel and my expertise in media and mix the two. This blog will be a source for good recipes, restaurant advice, wine experimentation, and travel stories. You never know...maybe I will find a career in this sort of documentation.
