Last week, we made Porco Al Horno. The next day we tried our hand at Carne Al Horno. Same recipe, lemons, onions, tomatoes, and peppers, this time with flank steak all in the oven.
My recent trip to Barcelona has inspired to me to take my passion for food, wine, and travel and my expertise in media and mix the two. This blog will be a source for good recipes, restaurant advice, wine experimentation, and travel stories. You never know...maybe I will find a career in this sort of documentation.
